Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This privacy notice for WL Digital (formerly Minimalistic Watch Faces) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might collect, store, use and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

This notice applies to every app WL Digital publishes, now and in the future. Not every app uses every feature described here. Each app's store listing (the Data safety section on Google Play and the App Privacy section on the App Store) shows exactly what that app collects.

Questions or concerns? Reading this notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have questions or concerns, contact us at minimalisticwatchfaces@gmail.com.

Summary of key points

What personal information do we process? Very little. We don't require you to create an account with us, and we don't run our own servers or keep databases of our users. Our apps keep your progress and settings on your device. Some apps show ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Ads and the ad networks it works with), sell in-app purchases through Google Play or the App Store, or offer cloud saves, leaderboards and achievements through Google Play Games or Apple's iCloud and Game Center. When they do, Unity and its ad partners, Google or Apple may process information such as your device's identifiers, IP address and device details. Our watch faces don't collect personal information. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. See section 1.

Do we process any sensitive personal information? No.

Do we receive any information from third parties? Only what's needed to run the app. For example, Google Play or the App Store tells an app when a purchase has gone through, so that it can credit it. We don't buy data about you or receive profiles of you.

How do we process your information? To provide the Services, show ads that keep our apps free, process purchases, back up your progress, answer you when you contact us, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. See section 2.

With whom do we share personal information? With Unity and its ad partners, which provide the ads in our apps, and with Google and Apple, which provide the payments, cloud saves, leaderboards and app distribution our apps use. See section 4.

What are your rights, and how do you exercise them? Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. In any of our apps that shows ads, you can change your ad choices at any time under Ad privacy choices in the app's Settings. For anything else, email us. See section 8.

1. What information do we collect?

In short: our apps keep your progress and settings on your device. Apps that show ads use Unity's ad services, and apps that sell in-app purchases or offer cloud saves and leaderboards use Google's and Apple's services; these companies may collect some device and account information to provide them. Our watch faces collect nothing.

The features below are described once for all our apps. An app only collects the information for the features it actually has.

Information stored on your device

Our apps save your progress (for example, levels, scores, in-game currency and items, unlocks, streaks and achievements), your settings, and which in-app purchases you own, on your device, so you can pick up where you left off. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling an app or clearing its data deletes it. On iPhone and iPad, it may also be included in your device's own iCloud or computer backup, if you use one.

Watch faces and device sensors

Our watch faces run entirely on your watch. They don't collect, store or send personal information. Any data a watch face or app displays from your device, such as the time, date, battery level, weather, steps or heart rate, comes from your device and stays on it.

Advertising (Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads)

Some of our apps show ads through Unity LevelPlay, Unity's ad mediation service, from Unity Ads and the other ad networks LevelPlay works with: banners, ads between games, or video ads you choose to watch for a reward. To show, measure and limit ads, and to prevent ad fraud, the LevelPlay and Unity Ads SDKs (and the ad networks they pass ad requests to) may collect:

Depending on your choices and where you live, this information may be used to show you personalized ads. Where the law requires it (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent to personalized ads first; in the US, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for ads. You can change your choices at any time under Ad privacy choices in the app's Settings. On iPhone and iPad, our apps that show ads ask your permission to track you only with Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt: if you tap Allow, our ad partners may link this information with information from other companies' apps and websites to personalize and measure ads; if you tap Ask App Not to Track, they don't receive your advertising identifier and don't track you. You can change this at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or in the app's page in your device's Settings. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, that answer is also your consent, or not, to personalized ads.

Purchases (Google Play Billing and the App Store)

Some of our apps sell in-app purchases, such as in-game currency, removing ads, unlocking the full game, or optional tips. These are bought through Google Play on Android, or through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, which handle the payment. The app receives only a confirmation of what you bought and which products you own, so that it can credit your purchase and restore it on a new device. We never receive your card or other payment details.

Cloud saves (Google Play Games and iCloud)

Some of our apps back up a copy of your progress to the cloud, so it follows you to a new device or a reinstall. On Android, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, this copy is stored in Google Play Games' Saved Games, linked to your Google account. On iPhone and iPad, it is stored in your iCloud account. Google or Apple stores this copy, and we can't see it.

Leaderboards and achievements (Google Play Games and Game Center)

Some of our apps have leaderboards and achievements. If you're signed in, your scores (or other results, such as a net worth) and achievements are sent to Google Play Games on Android or to Apple's Game Center on iPhone and iPad, where other players can see your scores next to your player name. Google and Apple handle these, under your account settings with them.

Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

Some of our apps use Google Analytics for Firebase, from Google, to count installs and how far players get (for example, finishing the tutorial, reaching a certain level, or opening the screen to buy the full game), to tell us which of our Google Ads led to an install, and, on Android, to show our own ads for our apps to people who already play them. For this, the app sends Google:

The app doesn't send your name, your Google or Apple account, the IDFA, or anything you type. On Android, outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google may use this information to measure our Google Ads and to show our ads to groups of players (for example, players who tried the free part of a game but haven't bought the full game). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and on iPhone and iPad everywhere, ad personalization is turned off and the advertising ID isn't sent, so this information isn't used to show you personalized ads. On iPhone and iPad it is never used to track you. We see only totals and trends in the Firebase and Google Ads consoles, not who you are.

App updates and ratings

On Android, an app may ask Google Play whether an update is available, and if you choose to rate an app, you are taken to Google Play, which handles your rating and review. On iPhone and iPad, updates come through the App Store, and ratings use Apple's rating prompt, handled by Apple.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, an app may send you reminders, for example when a daily reward is waiting, when something in the game needs your attention, or after you haven't played for a while. These reminders are worked out and scheduled on your device, and no information is sent to make them. You can turn them off in the app's Settings, where available, or in your device's notification settings.

Information you give us

If you contact us, including through a feedback or bug report option in one of our apps (which opens your email app), we receive your email address and whatever you write. Feedback emails from an app may also include the app version, your device's make and model, and its operating system version, to help us fix problems. You can edit or remove any of that before sending.

Diagnostics

If you have allowed your device to share usage and diagnostics data with Google, Google Play may give us aggregated crash and performance reports (such as the device model and OS version when an app crashed). On iPhone and iPad, if you've chosen to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us similar crash reports. These reports don't identify you.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for or collect your name, contacts, calendar, photos, precise location, microphone or camera. We don't run tracking tools, apart from the analytics described above we run no analytics, and we don't collect information for any purpose not described in this notice. If an app ever needs a device permission for a feature (for example, a watch face reading your step count), the information stays on your device unless this notice says otherwise.

2. How do we process your information?

In short: to provide the Services, keep our apps free, answer you, prevent fraud and comply with the law.

We process personal information to:

In short: we process your personal information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

If you are located in the EU, UK or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:

If you are located in Canada, we process your information with your express or implied consent, which you can withdraw at any time, or where the law otherwise permits it without consent (for example, for fraud prevention or to comply with a court order).

4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

In short: we share information only with Unity and its ad partners, which provide our ads, with Google and Apple, which provide the payments, cloud saves, leaderboards, analytics and distribution our apps use, and where the law requires it.

If one of our apps starts using another service provider that receives personal information, we will name it here before that app is released.

We don't sell your personal information for money. However, allowing our ad partners to use advertising information to show personalized ads, and using Google Analytics for Firebase to show our own ads on Android, may count as "selling" or "sharing" under some US state laws. See section 10 for how to opt out.

5. How long do we keep your information?

In short: only as long as we need it.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

In short: we keep as little as possible, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect what we do keep.

We don't run servers or keep databases of user information. The information we do hold, mainly emails you send us, is kept in a secured email account. However, no transmission over the internet or storage technology is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to access your information.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

In short: our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under that age, such as an email, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at minimalisticwatchfaces@gmail.com.

8. What are your privacy rights?

In short: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, or a US state with a privacy law), you may have the right to:

Controls you can use yourself:

For anything else, email us at minimalisticwatchfaces@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the law requires, and no later than 45 days. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing that happened before you withdrew it.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are processing your personal information unlawfully, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Switzerland, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Some browsers and devices have a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. There is no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. Instead, you can use the ad controls described in section 8. Where the law requires it, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

10. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?

In short: yes. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have specific rights over their personal information.

In short: yes, as our apps and the law change.
